How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to locate your record.

If your request relates to a Meta or Facebook integration, you may also remove the integration from your Meta or Facebook settings and submit a deletion request there when available.

• - Your full name
• - The email address and phone number you used with Send Bikes
• - Your order number, if you purchased from us
• - A short description of the interaction you want removed, such as contact form, lead form, financing request, order record, or Meta or Facebook integration

What We Delete

• - Lead and contact-form submissions stored by Send Bikes or its direct website systems
• - Customer-service communication records that we control, subject to legal and operational retention obligations
• - Financing lead-routing data that Send Bikes controls before it is handed off to a financing partner

What May Require a Separate Request

If your information was submitted directly to a financing provider, payment processor, Shopify-hosted checkout, or another third-party service, that provider may control its own records. You may need to contact that third party directly for deletion of information they maintain.

Timing

We will review deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible and may confirm receipt or request clarifying information so we can locate the correct record.

Some records may need to be retained to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty-related, or other operational obligations.
