Bikes ship 95% assembled in a protective crate. Final setup is handlebars, foot pegs, and front tire — about an hour with the included tool kit. No mechanic needed.
Every bike ships with the full 1-year manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, you deal with us — not a faceless online form. We handle claims directly.
Call or email and we’ll get the parts ordered. We handle warranty claims in-house and you’ll talk to riders who know these bikes. Not a call center.
